Feel Safe Be Safe- Self Defense Class

It’s a big belief of Bri’s that everybody should know some basic tools to help keep themselves safe in what can be an unpredictable world. With the current situation and the increase of antisemitism around the world it’s with love and strength we bring you an empowering and practical introductory self defence class. Touching on many aspects of keeping safe along with some practical skills.

A quick brief on the experience and knowledge Bri has to offer. Bri reached the rank of 2nd dan black belt. She has over 15 years of karate experience with 4 years of teaching a dedicated self defense curriculum.

Proceeds of the night will be donated to the 3 kids of Haimi family who their dad, Tal Haimi was kidnaped on October 7th by terrorists. We are praying he will be back to his family as soon as possible along with the rest of the hostages.
